SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
Since our items are handcrafted and require a Consecration Ritual (Kai Guang) by the Master, please allow 2-5 business days for us to prepare and bless your order before shipping. We ensure every piece is spiritually activated.

2. Shipping Times
We offer worldwide shipping. Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 8-15 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 8-12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your package on our website or via the carrier's page.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
